I'm sorry I don't know about Shiloh sites, but what you might want to do is find a good book about the battle and identify the regiments that fought there. Then, look for journals and regiment histories by the soldiers in those regiments (there is a book by Dornbusch in most libraries that lists regimental histories by state). These histories and journals are usually very detailed and often indicate camp sites where they stayed. I've found several camps this way (including some regiments that were in Florida before heading up to fight at Shiloh). You may even find that there were sites close to your home.
