Looking fo help in identifying button. In Albert's book it is between AY19 and AY20 on pg. 49. The back has "Armitage Phil. It has four flags w/ drum on back of cannon. The front cannon has cannon balls/battle axe. If you need more info I will get it. I am searching for someone else. Could you also inform me of the RV scale in Albert's book-what is the highest RV. Thanks for the help.
