I am an Historical Archaeologist that is doing research on the airbourne and underwater signatures of pre-1600 wrecks. I have come to understand that the Treasure Hunters are 25 years ahead of archaeologists in this respect. I am particularly interested to know if VLF-EM (terrestrial, airbourne or underwater geophysical systems have been used to successfullly local wrecksites. I will respect the confidential nature of any information I receive. I am not a treasure hunter but looking for the geophysical traces of historic wrecks. Sincerely,
