Mike K. Have things changed in Texas? When we hunted in the 60s & 70s we located two Spanish off of Padre Island, tried for a long long time to get permits from the state to no sucesses. I was based in Aransas Pass Tx. at the time. Are permits available at this time? Would like to receive an answer.
