Hi Larry! My name is Herman Moro, and I am president of SubAmerica Discoveries, Inc. I was going through this latest rounds of attack to my project, when I found your message. The current situation regarding the 1654 Capitana salvage effort is the following: The underwater salvage season in Ecuador runs from January to May. After we completed in May 1997 our first recovery operation, we decided to wait for the government of Ecuador to split the treasure before continuing with operations. This has not happened yet, until it thas, and the El Nino effect on the Ecuadorian coast is over, we do not intent to go back to Chanduy. Good news is, us my lawyers informed yesterday, that the first split between the government and my company is inminet. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks,
