There is a book called 'Diving, Cutting and Welding in Underwater Salvage Operations' by Frank E. Thompson, jr. It is quite old, my copy was printed by Cornell Maritime Press Inc., Cambridge, Maryland 21613 in 1977. It may still be available from Best Bookbinders, 23005 South Avalon Boulevard, Carson, California 90745, USA. It is an interesting book due to its age and it is a facsimile reprint of the 1944 edition. No revisions or corrections have been made in the text or illustrations.
