Has anyone found this wreck yet. I saw it in an old newspaper and would go look except I live in VA. I wonder what the silver would be worth today?

Date 8 March 1845. Steamboat Ruby within 40 Miles of Mobile Alabama. 10 to 12 thousand in specie (silver). boat and cargo in 50 feet of water, total loss several lives lost. was run into by Steamship Red Rover Cptn. Burrell. news article appeared in Cincinnati Daily Commercial, Thursday March 20,1845
