Pawel Nowak is well known as a con artist on the other message boards along with Claudio Bonifacio. There are several testimonies of individuals that sent him money and never received documents. By the way, Pawel is not an archivist, he is a law student. Sam, so far you are the only one that I know of that got his documents.
