Treasure hunting in casinos
February 18, 1998 at 11:23:28

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone gets as bored as I do in the winter? lol I've found a new form of entertainment here in going to casinos in the area (no gambling involved) and buying $100 of half dollars for the pure pleasure of opening them to look for silver! I'm amazed to find Franklins every so often! I also find a lot of 40% silver coins. (not worth much, but fun to find!) After going through the rolls, I put them in a cup & go to another casino to cash them in where I start the process all over again! My wife thinks I'm looney, but I just set her down at a nickel machine and let her have her fun. I also go through her nickels! I have found v's & buffalos. Just a little food for thought on a cold and boring day! Keep on hunting!!
