Steve, that's the reason I bought the microfilm from the National Archives....looking for the document to corroborate Adams' story. Doesn't exist in these docs, so far as I can determine after nearly going blind studying them. However, learned an awfully lot about Sturgeon and his activities which suggested some intriguing possibilities about, both he, and Dowling.
