Good response Steve. It's to bad a lot of the knowledgable guys about real treasure hunting have left this forum for places unknown.

I guess the guys back east only have books to read about lost treasure and don't have the opportunity to do the leg work it takes to research some of these locations.

You and Jack keep up the conversation. I thought it has been interesting.

By the way I think I have interpreted the signs we talked about earlier and know where the mine is located. After analyzing my pictures I found a chisled #5 at the bottom of a boulder with a circle that had been quartered. Hopefully I'll be able to shovel some dirt next week.
