Your 49% share will entitle you to 80% of all gold you take from the mountain with drywasher, sluicebox, hand tools, and other portable tools, once the claim located, or if no claim is filed. 20% will be paid to me for the work which allowed me to direct you to the site. I will retain all gold I recover but will be limited by similar methods. Several people have contributed to this venture over the years, and they will be allowed to remove minerals under the same conditions which apply to my agreement with you, except they will own no share should the claim eventually be sold. Should the need arise for the purchase of larger shared equipment, blasting, plans of operations, or other currently unanticipated costs the matter will be addressed at such time as the necessity becomes apparent.

However many locaters are named by you on the claim filing petition, an equal number of names of my choosing will also be listed as locators.

If you make a significant contribution toward locating the mine, but do not actually make the find you will acquire rights similar to those who have helped previously.

The country is remote and rugged. The altitude is 8000-9000 feet. The potential dangers of the venture have been widely discussed on the various prospecting boards.

If you are interested, please email me. Best regards, Jack
