New hunter with questions
August 09, 1998 at 13:02:35

I'm looking into buying my first metal detector. I have been researching as much as I can and am leaning toward a White's 6000 Di Pro. I will mostly be using it for relic hunting but am wondering if it will work well at the beach. I understand that it is a bit on the heavy side. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated as I am new at this.
