Awe, come on now Bill. Sure cached Pirate Treasure is believable. Think about it for a minute. No I haven't found any yet, but I'm really still looking!

Let's look at the same situation a little differently. Men really haven't changed in 3,000 years although their coinage and clothing have change in 3,000 years.

Suppose you and I held up a Brinks truck (sure we're honest, I said just suppose for the storys sake). Gosh, what do you know? The take was over four million dollars. You get two million and I get two million ok? Here's your half.

We sit in the middle of the floor howling at what a grand accomplishment we did, as we toss gobs of money in the air like scrudge in his money pit.

At a point we go out and play with the girls and have a bunch of drinks too. This is just great---the good life, they say out there in the real world. But after a week or so after doing all of the girls and downing most of the booze, it isn't fun anymore. What do we do?

We still have plenty of loot left from the robbery that we didn't earn. We don't dare put it in the bank. We ponder the situation a little more scratching our heads asking, "what else can we do with it"? Eventually we think, "Sure, we'll bury it"!

End of sogga. Sound reasonable? Do you think this may be the reason thousands of people own metal detectors?????? Richard RWLUE@AOL.COM
