Good observations Steve, I to am a bit lost, and yet I think the LUE is solvable using intution. Look at the map and tell me if you also think it's symbols look "familiar"! I'ts like I've seen some of this before. Purhaps thats the missing element to it's solution. Richard seems to be on to something. JUst when you think you have the Lue broken, your really only at the next turn. Now if the Germans (Nazi) were at the heart of the LUE then ask yourself this question, Where were the Germans most active in our hemispere, and in the United States? Where would they get enough gold to destabilize the U.S. enconomy? I think the map answers those question. Richard, without giving away your secrets, can you comment on this? I also have one other observation about those that might have located the LUE treasure in the past. It seems that for what ever reason it cannot be used for monitary gain! Purhaps it's not gold at all. This is pure speculation on my part. Rob
