Thomas,
The object that all American's have knowledge of, you're are sitting on, NOT Fort Knox. In fact, you see it and use it every day. In fact you can't buy a big mac with out it.
About fort Knox, I really, in all honesty, can't answer that question. I really don't think there is much gold in it, if any, these days. I am told that most of our gold, if we have any, is in deep underground vaults in New York. This makes sense to me, as this is the financial capitol of the world. I have never been east of the Texas Boarder with NERS. But in another sense, if there were gold in Ft. Knox and people moved the bullion around or disturbed the molecular bond of this bullion with it's invironment, then it wouldn't be reactionery and it would appear to be any stronger then the distance natural gold can be studies which I have found to be 25 miles. We really don't need any gold in our economy, as the world seems to honor the LUE, excuse me, I mean the dollar.
The present money we use was issued in 1920 and the LUE document wasn't made until about the early 1930's which is an expansion of the one dollar bill, within our present dollar bill in circulation. The LUE concept and application was simply brilliant. Someday I would like to see a coak and dagger action film made of the LUE. Wouldn't you?
Really history, to me, is far better then any fiction the human mind can create for our enjoyment. Sir Francis Drake's code is a good example of that. And his later code, the three coded rock of Neahkahnie Beach. This time he cache gold not silver, because this is where he left for England in 1579 and the Golden Hind had to make it back, or everything was lost. If so we would have never heard or Sir Francis Drake or the couragious moments he had here, nor the two cache that he left here encrypted for posterity. He had to get rid of some gold. He left the cheaper commodity at Nova Albion. I find history and challenges fastinating! To me it is the only frontier left on the Planet to pursue without a line of people in it.
