I've got a question for Stephen Shaffer on the L U E
March 31, 1999 at 19:41:28

On 2/22/99 I posted a paragraph out of your book ,<Of Men and Gold>, claiming that the L U E map came out of the massacred Peralta family saddlebags in the Rock Creek area. If this is true , then it blows all the other theories, by our foremost treasure hunters, out of the saddle. Give us some insight and proof on this information, so we can all know the origin of this elusive and mystical map.

Thank You, Mick
