Cody: To set the record straight. Gail did get mixed up with some bad partners. As I did. We were together when that all happened. As far as people stealing his material after he died is pure speculation. I can give you a play by play account of what happen at the time of his death. As far as him being cheated out of his share of the mines on Hoyt, that is not true. Gale himself sold off more than 75% of his holdings to make ends meet. After his death, according to the law, his interest fell back to the partners. Any other parties involved had a chance to keep interest that they bought. Most parties did nothing, and by law, lost their hold on their interests. There are still several parties involved in the mines on Hoyt. There are plans in the making now, to reopen the mine this summer. It takes quite a bit of money for that kind of operation. We had spent over 130,000 dollars on it during the course of 10 years, with not much to show for it. I can say that it has been an exciting time. We have found a few good things and have made some money, but the true treasure of the mountain has yet to be unearthed. If you need or want more information on the mines on Hoyt, sent me a note. Steve
