Thomas :o) You have a good idea. The problem of course is people. I had an agreement with someone in Michigan to do a search of his property where I would get the find and pay him half of the market value. I found a good reading but was warned by another party anything of value was going to be "held in a strong box until the value went up" by the owner of the property. I would get my "fair share" when he decided to sell it.

It is still buried on the property, what ever it was.

I would suggest you form a company if you can get enough people involved and each hold shares. That is what I am involved with in the Kokoweef treasure hunt. It seems to be the only protection you can get as a group and you can all work on research as well as the hunt.
