Question about researching treasure
May 13, 2001 at 09:36:18

Hello all... I live near Lake Charles, LA... & all my life a have heard the stories of Jean Lafittes lost treasures... I have recently decided to start investigating these stories & see if I can come up with some useful information... I was thinking this could be a good hobbie... & hey... You never know LOL... I stumbled on this site today & just thought I would ask you kind posters here for any tips you might have on how to go about my research??? I have never done any research like this before & am not sure where I should start... The only thing I know to do right now is to look at the Lake Charles Library for everthing I can find relating to Jean Lafitte... I would appreciate all sujestions... Thanks in avance
