Drill Holes in the Philippines
May 24, 2001 at 09:59:23

Can anyone help me please? I have found drill holes on a rock about a meter in diameter and also on the mountain sides, they are about 1 1/8 inch in diameter and nine inches in depth. They are on an abandoned road old enough to have been used during the Spanish times. The Japanese have also been here and rumors have it that they have been burying their loot before they gave up. We have discounted them as being remnants of dynamite blasting holes. Can they be Spanish drill holes? Or Japanese treasure markers? Your input will e greatly appriciated. Thanks.
