Hey John in one area at least you and I have something in common. We are looking for some of the same type of people.

My idea is this if you are interested kind of give me a breif idea about what you need and if I come across somebody that isn't going to do buis. with us I will be glad to try and send them your way and in turn maybe sometime in the future you will be able to do the same for me.

John I personally like this kind of situation because it really helps to build a great profile when these projects come through.
