Decyphering a map to the Treasure of Lima

September 07, 1999 at 15:46:08

Hello

Treasure Hunting history, tells us that the Treasure of Lima was hidden on a tiny island off the west coast of Costa Rica known as Cocos Island. A very famous island among treasure hunters. We have all dreamed about walking on its sandy shores .Climbing up into its jungle hills, and exploring deep inside its forgotten caves where we would dig up a fortune in forgotten Spanish gold.. Many have believed that Cocos Island was the location of the famous treasure of Lima.Which in the game of treasure hunting is a prize most treasure hunters will only ever see in there golden dreams.

Since I have been running The Treasure Hunters Insider I have seen all kinds of treasure tales pass my desk .(Including a Knights Templar connection to the location of Paul Krugers gold in South Africa which I will talk about only if the subscribers tell me they want to hear it.)But when I came across a tale about The Treasure of Lima actually being hidden on a different island other than Cocos Island.I thought I owed it to treasure hunting history to publish the tale. In the hope that I could generate some discussion among treasure hunters and maybe come to some conclusions as to if it would be worth launching a expedition to find the treasure.

The first thing that has to be done in order to even considering a expedition is to figure out the name of the unknown island.I was sent a map along with the story which is a roughmap of the real island where the Treasure of Lima is buried. All, important information has been crossed out on the map by the source so the islands location can not be found. However, when one takes a look at the map which can be found on my website Spindle Explorations at www.bc-alter.net/dfriesen One can see that the source of the map forgot to cross out the ocean depths around the island leaving a very important clue behind to anyone who is interested in cracking the location of this island.

Spindle Explorations has many other projects on the go at this time and does not have the time to give to this information but if you do your own research and think you have figured out the islands real location and but don’t have the resources to go after it yourself.Get back to us as soon as you can and we will try and bring this project up to the next level. In the meantime enjoy because information like this is usually locked up and kept a secret..

PS :To get to the map on our website just click on the link Spindles own Treasure Hunters Insider and you will find a link on that page going to the map..

See you soon Daryl Friesen Spindle Explorations www.bc-alter.net/dfriesen
