Hi Jack, Good for you. You actually did find some nice Spanish symbols. I have read in the books that the circle with a dot in the center means gold. The cross with a zero in the top elludes me, unless the gold is located on a high place.

I thought you were looking for the Lost Adams placer. If you have found this historically magical area, apparently the indians took over this area after the Spanish were eliminated? Did you find a water fall or any structural ruins too? Richard RWLUE@AOL.COM
