The reference I cited was found on micro-fisch (not sure I am spelling that correctly) at a local college. I do not remember the name of the series, but it is a set of American publications. I am sure if you bring the name of the book with you to the college libarian they can help you ... much cheaper than a trip to D.C. (although I love taking trips to D.C. for research)
