west coast Fl. any help in searches

Hello,I'm an ex sonar technician living in the Tampa Bay area.I am just getting started in this fantastic field, and I'm interested in any useful info on wrecks in the west coast waters of Florida.I have spent about six months in libraries and on the net just researching area losses.I have seen a small cannonball (shotput in size) that was found in my small gulf coast town. And I've heard of fishermen seeing egg ballast near the same general area.any info would be great as most sources seem lacking as compared to the keys and east coast areas. thanks in advance- Todd
