Tree Sap = Underground Mineral Survey

Bonney,

I remember reading an article in either Discover magazine or National Geographic that told about some modern geologists taking samples of tree sap and analyzing it at a lab to see how many parts of precious minerals there were to normal minerals. It said that trees will draw up minute quantities of the ground minerals and that this gives a good indication of what is down there without actually having to dig anything.

You may have alot of copper or other detectable ground minerals in your area.
