Jess depending on size it could be either a pants fly button (0.55") or a susupender button (0.68") from WW I. Specifically,Quartermaster Corps date it's use between 1913-1920.Earlier and later types do not have the words "U.S.Army".Value is in finding this neat find,as millions where made.Daniel (Tx)
