Almost made the Park

August 18, 1998 at 17:43:47

Today I was going to an older section in a town about a half hour from me to detect a park there. As I was driving there I didn't see the park,so I stopped arcoss this street near a church to ask directions. There were some ladies taking care of some toddlers and one said I was only a block away from this park. I said thanks and turned to get in my car and turned and took a look at this old chuch. The church was from 1928 and I figured I'd give it a shot. I asked permission and she said sure go ahead. I used my GTI 2000 and found a 1920 wheatie, a 1935 Buffalo, a silver religious compact(the front half) a junk mans ring and a bunch of clads. And I only did half the yard! Next time the rest of the yard and maybe I'll get to the park too! Best of luck to all. Stan
