Hay, I've got to tell ya, it's been a blast reading all the posts in this forum. You all sound like such a nice bunch of people, I wish we were all neighbors.

Been having fun with my Garrett GTAx 500 I got 2mos. ago. Have only found clad and lots of junk. Yesturday swung at a park and got a target in the half to dollar range 3 inches down. I dug 8 inches and found an old sardine can, empty of course!! This is not the first time that the readings are different than what I find both in depth and item. Can anyone splain why! Also, what indicates a ring or do I have to dig every pulltab. Thanks, gal from the dairy state.
