Help ID This Token

Last weekend I found whats looks like some kind of commemorative token: The token is a little larger than a Quarter, On one side is the bust of George Washington without the wigg, around the edges are the words "GEORGE WASHINGTON 1789 1st PRESIDENT U.S.A. 1797" On the other side in the middle of the token are the words " FIRST IN WAR, FIRST IN PEACE. FIRST IN THE HEARTS OF HIS COUNTRYMEN, SERVED EIGHT YEARS AS PRESIDENT WITHOUT PAY" around the edges are the words " AMERICAN FABIOUS " and "FATHER OF HIS COUNTRY " ..........RICH
