Charles Sumner coin or commemorative????

Need help in identifying a coin commemorative that is about the size of a quarter and shows on the front the bust of Charles Sumner and says: born Jan. 6, 1811/died March 11 1874, and on the back shows eagle and says: Civil Rights for All and elected senator 1851 Would like to know if anyone has seen this or would know the value!!!
