20 pieces of silver

Greetings everyone. Today was a rather exciting day for me and my detecting partner Dean. We obtained permission and went inside the local high school football stadium. It was about 40 degrees or so and windy. Not a bad day for Jan. 31 in Ohio. We started hunting at 1:15 and when we departed at 5:30 we had between us 20 silver coins, one 1906 IH penny and about 40 or so wheat pennies and a bunch of clad. We both found one 1943 qt. 8 silver dimes and one '45P war nickel. Dean found the IH and 7 Merc's and one rosie. His oldest Merc was a 1916 and so was mine. No "D's"! I found 6 Merc's and 2 rosies. We're grinnin! I recently purchased a digital camera and I'll try and post the finds in the photo forum soon as I figure it out! HH Nick
