Unhappy Couple

September 19, 1998 at 18:15:02

Was swinging at the park I found my first Indian head at and a couple asked me if that was a metal detector,I said it is,and the man told me that he lost his wedding ring at the company picnic yesterday. So I offered to help locate it for him.My hunting buddy started at one end of the area he thought he lost it in and I started near the parking area.I asked him where he parked, and he said "Right where I am parked now"So I walked over to the side of his truck and Beep right on the drivers side,he stepped on it when he got out of the truck!Bent the grass over it so it could'nt be seen.I picked it up,and you should have seen the smiles on both their faces!Love this hobby!!!
