Hi All,
Don't write in much, but, todays finds are worth blabbbbbin
about.
Hit an old park in West Palm, they were tearing it up to fix
the sprinkler system.
Got there Sunday morning, thinking someone else had to of hit this place on Sat. well they didn't.
Did i say that it's right behind an old church?(1901).
Well here's my list of goodies..READY...
2 silver quarters 58*44
2 barber dimes 03*05
2 war nickles 43*43
8 Buffalo nickles 20's*30's
10 Merc's 40's
41/2 rosies 50's*60's
1 indian head 03
61 wheaties 20's* 50's
1 token for 25 cents
9 reg. nickels 40's* 60's
Found only a few clad coins, pennies and dimes...
The soil was down at least a foot in some places.
The old coins were in the deepest area's, then the
next oldest, then the next..ect. funny how that works.
I've been waiting for a day like that, Guess where
i'm headed next week-end.
