Just Lucky I guess!!!

The handyman where I live has worked in this area for 20 years. He used to do plumbing and laying of water mains. He was working at a sight that had just demolished a 1800's house. they were digging a 5 foot deep hole when he looked down at the bottome of the hole he say a round object that looked liked a encrusted coin. He pocketed it and kept working. latter that night he cleaned it up and it turned out to be a 1846 large cent. He brought it by to show me. It was beautiful. the condition was amazing.. it still had that earthy look because he didn't know how to clean. Since I have never seen or found on before I had to see how it would register on my XLT. It varied between VDI 86 and 78. I guess some people have all the luck. HH
