Need help ID'ing coin (ONE DRACHM)

I found a coin today at a late 1800's school house. At the top it says ONE DRACHM at the bottom it says H.T. PHILA in the middle it has a 3i It is about the size of a penny. It says the same thing on both sides. It doesn't appear to have a date. It is in good shape and doesn't appear to be worn. All help appreciated Jeff
