Seems to me I've heard of one of these a while back and its not what you might think. It may be a unit of weight not a coin. I ran a search on DRACHM and came up with a Greek coin, but coinage would have a date on it. A friend of mine had one of these "coins" and I was told by someone on Treasure Net that it was a unit of weight. Hence the H.T.PHILA stamp and no other markings except the 3. Was also told it may be worth a buck.
