In this months W&E Treasures, there is an article by Dean Adams where he describes a"blazer button" he found in Colorado.Well I found one that looks just like it in a yard that dates from about 1905.The button is brass and is very light. It has the words"NOSTRA-ES-DEVS-SPES" around the edge of the face.In the center is an eagle like bird that to me looks sort of like the German eagle on those tank-tops guys were wearing a few years back. The button is 3/4" of an inch across. Can anyone tell me more info, like maybe when this dates from.Thank You in advance.H.H.
