button I.D. help

Need help in establishing value in this military button. Button reads Republica Mexicana with a side view of the eagle. Back reads Leadsam & Sons London. Button dates between 1824 - 1832. I know the button is rare but we cannot pinpoint if this is the 1st one known and what would the value be. Please Help!!
