Re: lue treasure map August 15, 1998 at 14:14:33 In Reply to: Re: lue treasure map posted by Hillbilly on August 08, 1998 at 21:03:18 I have always been skeptical of WWII German treasure in the four corners or the Southwest in general. However, at THC we are gettomg more and more data with a German Abwehr>Spain>Mexican Sinarquista Movement (or a splinter of it)>US cache connection. The timing of dates is still not quite right but as with most treasure stories, it never is until you reach a critical mass of information; then things often fall together (or sometimes completely apart). I also used to think that the LUE was something dreamed up by KvM and his buddies one weekend. It does appear to have some aspects of a KGC template. This, then begs the question: If the LUE leads to a German cache and if it follows a KGC template, who are we really dealing with? In the KGC schism just before the War were there pro-German and anti-German sects within the KGC? This may open a whole new avenue of research. Or, am I involved with some heavy duty fantasy speculation. Steve
