I don't know if a bent tree is a pointer to treasure or not, but as a deer hunter, I have often bent a young tree ever which way while waiting on a stand for a deer to come along. Several years later I have seen the same tree growing just as crooked as a dog's hind leg, and getting to be pretty big. Sorry :-)
