Friend, You are pretty observant to notice the "Hootowl" tree you spoke of. Yes! some of those bent trees can be treasure markers.. They don't work anyway near what logic might tell you they mean.. In fact logically they will waste your time or get you into trouble. The KGC used this type of marker in some of their depositories. They come in many variations and each has a completly different meaning. I guess you haven't read any of my books or magazine articles I've published on the subject of KGC treasure signs, symbols, maps and momuments... Don't have any idea of where you might get any of the books at this time as they are all sold out.. Maybe later I'll release FORBIDDEN KNOWLEDGE in revised form. That's the book with the history of the Knights of the Golden Circle and explains some about how they buried millions of the Rebel's gold.
