Friend,
There is no archived records relating to the Rebel treasures. The organization responsible for storing all the loot stolen by Rebel raiders, was an outlawed super secret society and left no official journal of its activities. The only documents, yet found, concerning Rebel treasure are those obtained from the estates or desendents of original members of the group. By the late 1970's all of the sons and grandkids once knowledgable of their ancestor's connection to the Rebel Underground had passed away. Now very few members of the old Southern families know or care anything about the roll played by their forefathers during and after the war.
The very few (call it Knights of the Golden Circle) documents still in existance are held by active treasure hunters that collected them years ago, and who are now reluctant to share any information on the 3.5 billion worth of treasure still remaining in Rebel depositories.
Today treasure hunters just beginning to seek these treasures can do no better than to team up with one of the (count them on one hand and subtract a couple) few old treasure hunters knowledgable in how these treasures were concealed. Unfortunately there are too many treasure sites for all of them to be worked in the lifetime of those holding the secrets. Evidently, the waiting list for those seeking help in locating Rebel treasure is very long and at the rate the old timers are dying off its likely the list will get longer not shorter.
