15' blue jay bird

I have located in the town of Dolores, CO. a 15' bird which looks like a blue jay. Any ideas on what the bird might represent or who.

Around this same area is a priest riding a donkey.

Will be glad to share all my pictures with you all. Need a fax number so I can send it.
