If you get "In Plain Sight" by Gloria Farley, or "America BC" by Barry Fell, those two books will help you if the script you indicate you have is Libyan. It may be Celtiberic. They were the forerunners to the Spanish that later came here in the 1500's - 1877. Check it out.
