Frenchman, I think your subject matter is correct, but the culprit was Linden B. Johnson not Jack Kennedy. I don't mean to suggest that Jack Kennedy couldn't have done this, but he was taken away from us before he got the chance.
But you know, this really just doesn't sound like Kennedy's style even if he may have known about it.
His family always had mega bucks. Why would he be interested in more money?
