Al,
Sir Francis Drake: NERS is not dowsing. It is the study of earth's rejection energy. You might call it environmental pollution, if you like, all because 99.9 fine noble metal impurities were injected into the earth's balanced environment by someone wanting to keep this transaction private. From this study read out, I simply searched for anything that Drake left in his records that would verify that point. This is when I discovered his navigational chart code. Anyone could have found it. The Drake code proves Drake's diary written word and the Drake diary written word proves his coded written word and NERS to boot. This code was there all of the time until the Queen updated these charts when other navigators saw the big code cipher flaw on his charts. I say done deal, but I know even after the recover, there will be more words to say about this. There always is. Let's proceed with more possibilities shall we?
Logically there is plenty to argue here which would be another enigma in itself. The Drake code is 99% accurate. Was Drake a liar or a practical joker? If so why would he do such a thing if this silver wasn't cached exactly where he said it was cached. After all, we have Drake's word for this and the NERS study. But let's assume that the word of Drake and NERS is folly and not reliable. Where are we then? This, of course, is one of the logical possibilities. If so, then without permission as is the problem now, there is physically no way to verify the Drake Treasure without losing one's head. The guards all wear 45 revolvers over there to guard Federal and State facilities. I wouldn't want to look at the business end of one of those guns. So, there is a proper way of doing everything. And that is what I am trying to do. It will take some time and some money to reveal this treasure. But it will be worth it in the long run. If only half of it or a third of it was realized in the partnership with the government and state, that would still be over 30 million dollars for the effort OR nothing at all for the effort as you have pointed out Al. Ketch 22. Will we ever know for certain? There is certainly more room for more books to be written here on the Sir Francis Drake subject isn't there?
Al, if you seek the place the sixpence that was found, you might check the book, "Lost Harbor" by Warren Hanna at your library or call the curator af the Treasure Island museum-- Mr. Vanderporten. It was he that found one of these sixpences I believe. Yet, the jury is still out as to whether this sixpence was the one that originally was on the 1579 Drake plate at the head of the finger of Tiburon. Maybe so? There is tons of literature on Drake. I only solved and presented to the public his secret code involving 72 tons of the queens silver. I realize that dowsing has nothing to do with codes or way bills. This is the best I can do Al without excavation, or that I have been able to engender so far.
Utah: I think you're quite right about what you found out there in 1992. My experience with the ranger there was in 1985. I would assume that anyone could find Rockwell's cache on his own ranch in seven years. What a pity his wife didn't know about this cache? What a neat position that ranger was in. He was paid by the state of Utah while he was treasure hunting. How could that guy lose with a set up like that? Amazing isn't it?
Skeleton Canyon: There are other large caches in the south eastern Arizona and south western New Mexico area. But some of these are unidentified so far by my guesstimate system. One large one in a very suspicious area could be anything from smuggled gold to trade money and arms. The recovery will dictate what it is and where it probably came from. There is a local legend there that said a Mexican alien found a cave with four chests brimming with gold doubloons amid skeletons. This could very well be that site. Don't ask me where doubloons came into the picture? However, there is a large cache near the area where Hunt was shot. I'm going to say that this cache was the Monterrey portion of the heist that Hunt relocated. I realize that this is conjuncture really until the recovery, but it makes sense to me at this point. To me, we all need a preconceived impression of what is true to us or a shovel will never appear on the site.. Why would Hunt leave this loot under the noses of the other bandits that could have just as easily double crossed him as he double crossed them? Aren't enigmas neat? I know that researchers have said that the Monterrey heist didn't happen historically. I'm only saying at this point that mother earth really contains the answer whenever that recover occurs.
Historical investigations and Treasure Hunting are fun. One thing is true about the pursuit Al. No one person has the last word. Certainly not me. Keep up the good work Al.
Richard
