DDE: The KGC folks will tell you that agent Jesse James left his initials in New Mexico in many places - "JWJ", "JW" and "JJ" are claimed to be his. I've seen the "JW" at alleged Spanish petroglyph sites myself in SW New Mexico, but I would tend to believe they belong to some old cowboy instead. I'm open-minded about the KGC angle, but like I said many times before - there are too many holes in the theory to swallow on blind faith alone.

Concerning the marked trails you've found: have you considered the possibility that they are old cattle trails? Do they lead to a railhead?
