Readers, Mr. D. Traina is for real. His experiences with the old timer THers searching for Jesse James caches in Oklahoma are perhaps the best source of original information. Dwight obtained the original map found in the Copper Kettle and gave the copy to Bud who passed a copy to the crook mentioned in the article. In turn this man hired a map reader to decipher the map for half of what it led to. After being told almost exactly where the treasure was he illegally entered the property and dug up the loot. Thus far the rat has not shared any of the loot with the three men resposible for his having it. Just running a Garrett CXIII, yes he was even told by his partner which detector to purchase, over a 12 X 12 foot area does not a treasure hunter make, but that was all it took to locate this gold. Several copies of the "WOLF MAP" are floating around the country. Still in the 68 years since the map was dug up only one person deciphered it and proved it led to treasure. The map leads to treasures worth hundreds of times more than the "safe full of gold coins" found by the "bad egg". As for the other caches indicated on this map- lets pray Mr. Traina and Bud and Map Man will receive their share of them. We are told the "renegade" will not be invited to participate in the other digs.
